How does it work?
Every item you purchase will be opened live in our rip and ship show (click the TikTok icon below to follow us as watch the show). Your order will be added to the queue, of which orders will be opened from earliest order to latest order. After the show your order will then be packed and posted out to you within 2 business days with tracking.
If you selected "pick up" you will be contacted to arrange the collection of your order.
Make sure to add your TikTok username at checkout in the order notes, if you don't wish to be referred to by your government name during the show. This will also allow me to know if you are present during the show, and if I need to ask you any questions.
I have ordered during the Live but want to order again, do I need to pay for shipping again?
No, as long as one order you have paid for shipping you can place as many additional orders as you like without having to pay for shipping. Just select "pick up" for the additional orders.
Do you hold orders to bundle with future orders from future live shows?
Yes, If you placed an order/s during a live and wish for the order to be held and posted out with an order from a future live just select "Pick up" in the shipping and write "Hold for future lives" in the order notes.
What do I receive?
The following items will be shipped with your order (where applicable):
- All cards including energy cards, code cards, bulk, hits.
- Accessories including dice, sleeves, dividers, coins, promo cards, stickers.
Let us know in the order notes if you do not wish to receive the bulk and/or code cards.
Hit cards will be sleeved and toploaded as seen during the show, they will be shipped for free with the cards.
Plastic wrapping, and empty boxes from ETBs, booster boxes will not be shipped unless used for packing purposes.
I see a product on the parent shop that I want ripped on the show but it's not here, is it possible to buy it and have it ripped on the show?
Yes, please contact me beforehand at hello@letsgocollect.com to organise this prior to the show. Alternatively, let me know in the chat during the show you would like to do this. Once approved by David during the show, place the order selecting "pick up" as the shipping option to avoid double paying for shipping. Please note this means the product will be opened and you wont be able to return/exchange the item.
I placed an order but changed my mind
An order may be cancelled and fully refunded up to 24 hours prior to the show commencing.
If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of the show, a 20% restocking fee of your order total applies. Your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the restocking fee.
Once your order has been opened (in part or in full) your order cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be given

Pack art/selection is picked at random.
Do you post Internationally?
We are based in QLD Australia. and currently only ship to AU and NZ.

I live locally (Brisbane), can I pick up my order?
Yes, just select "pick up" in the shipping option and I will be in contact with you to arrange pick up
Do you offer refunds/returns?
Due to the products being opened, we cannot accept returns, refunds, change of mind etc.
When is your next show?
If a show is close, there will be a countdown banner at the top of the page. If there isn't one, you can follow our TikTok and Facebook (link icons below) where we will post upcoming shows, news, and updates.
